THERE'S a degree of cheating here as "Gorecki" isn't released for another three weeks, but Lamb are irresistible. Louise Rhodes recites rapt words from the awed inner silence which accompanies the outset of a perfect new love: "If I should die this very moment / I wouldn't fear / For I've never known completeness / Like being here." Then she inhales, swells and takes flight across silkily serene drum'n'bass configurations. Truly wonderful. I recommend that you start queueing now.

Noddy:  "Well, I'm glad you like it so much, but it's not really my bag. It's a bit Bjork-ish, innit? It's all right, but I don't really get off on it I like three-minute pop singles, me, which make the hair on the back of me neck stand up. This one doesn't even make the hair on me arse stand up."
